This is a typical whining China-centric view. Of course the corporations are not targeting Chinese. They just don’t give enough of a flying f*k about ANY consumers. Ultimately that is actually up to the consumers to educate themselves and vote with their feet. If you want quality organic food, you have to realize your total ignorance of the original concept of ‘organic’ if you think it is at all possible to find it in ANY supermarket…
